Heart’s Joy Workshops provide women with the time and tools to take better care of themselves so that they retain the energy and focus needed to thrive in all environments. Heart’s Joy Workshops are the brainchild of Coach and Author, Jan Hice-Smith who integrates her corporate experience and artistic talents to design and facilitate insightful and playful workshop experiences. Heart’s JoyWorkshops engage participants in the ‘work’ associated with Self-discovery and Self-care. They are ideal for all and resonate strongly with women.
Inspiration at Work is a series of three workshops developed to support women in (1) rediscovering what makes them come alive, (2) moving gracefully through change and transition and ultimately (3) building a life that honors their hearts.
Target audiences include mothers, new graduates, young professionals, women leaders and executives, retirees and those experiencing life and career transitions. Inspiration at Work is available for conferences, retreats, monthly organizational meetings, professional development days, wellness programs and women’s ministries.
So, how can the Inspiration at Work series benefit you or your organization?
Wellness is the primary benefit. Participants experience increased vitality, enthusiasm and peace of mind, qualities that form the core of individual wellness. Nurturing Self- that core identity that is YOU- is at the heart of living powerfully, playfully and peacefully.
The individual’s state of wellness affects the health of the team and that of the organization. One entity does not thrive without the other. Cultivating wellness yields energized and focused individuals that are at the center of strong teams and strong organizations. Organizations thrive when their members thrive.
Heart’s Joy Workshops are carefully designed to nurture the total being and are mindfully delivered. Hice-Smith holds herself accountable to the audience and adapts each delivery to the needs of the group. Her philosophy is heart-centered and her workshops promote the wellness and well-being that emanate from honoring the heart. She integrates her corporate experience and artistic talents to construct creative and insightful experiences that offer participants a renewed sense of Self-engagement. They are called workshops because participants are given the time and tools to work during the session and the coaching to support their work as needed.
