Inspired by returning to my heart’s joy of writing and photography, I am supporting other women in making their own heart connection. I coach clients along that personal journey of rediscovering what makes them come alive and in doing it.  I construct insightful workshop experiences that promote Self-discovery and Self-care.  My clients experience the wellness and well-being that emanate from honoring the heart.  My brand, Heart’s Joy, epitomizes that rich experience.
